We have owned our house for 25 years and before that we were tenants.

It has been a real family house and we have watched our children grow up here and they have now all flown the nest.

Living here has been a joy, the area is very convenient as you are close to shops and local bus routes.

The schools are nearby so its very useful for families with children. Our house needs a little updating but nothing major and as we have already moved out there will no long chain to worry about.

We hope the next owners will be as happy as we have been living here.
