When I was looking to buy 10 years ago I could not afford to buy a house but didn't want to waste money renting. So I teamed up with a friend and we bought this one together. We felt that it was a great first time buy, very affordable and allowed us to get our feet on the first rung of the property ladder.

In our time here we have done lots to the house including double glazing, re-rendering, new guttering, insulated the loft and re-decorated.

It has worked out really well but we both now want to go our separate ways, so it is time for us to sell and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
