When we were looking to buy 9 years ago we looked at several properties but knew that this was the one as soon as we saw it. It was very affordable and offered a lot of house for the money.
We liked the location as it offered really good access to all the amenities and there is plenty for the kids to do in the area.
The house was in really good condition when we bought it so over the years we have had to do very little other than re-decorate.
We are now looking to move on, closer to work so it is time for us to move and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
