When I first viewed the house several years ago I was immediately impressed. Having looked at quite a few this one seemed far more spacious but still had a cosy feel about it. The fact that it was in such good condition was also a big factor and due to this I have had to do very little over they years, other than decorate to taste.
I have also enjoyed the location as it is only a 10 minutes walk for me to the High Street and The Strand Leisure Area is only just down the road. I have now moved down to the coast and have let the house to a friend but it is now time to sell and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
