When we were looking to buy 7 years ago, we were expecting our first child and planning on expanding the family further so, we needed a house large enough for us and the kids. Having looked at loads as soon as we saw this one we knew it was the one for us. It offered so much more space than others we had viewed and we loved the layout as we hated the idea of a downstairs bathroom. We also didn’t want to do any work so, the fact that it was in really good condition was ideal. In our time here we have made some improvements including redecorating, some replastering, and laying new flooring throughout. It has proved to be an ideal first family home giving us all the space we could need for us and our children.
