We took one look at the show home and knew we wanted to live here. We purchased this off plan and have had the pleasure of being the only people who have lived in this house.
Apart from really liking the property, convenience was a major factor when we decided to buy it. The park is just across the road for the children and with schools nearby they have been able to walk to them. It has also been possible to walk to Sandgate which has been great for the beach and the amenities it has to offer. In the opposite direction the station is within easy reach so if you commute the fast link trains to London are fantastic.
