When looking for our first home together, we viewed many that didn’t quite have the right layout, weren’t big enough or were located away from where we ideally wanted to be. This house came to the market and when we viewed it was immediately clear that this was the one for us. Although it needed some updating, we could see through that and stamp our own mark on it. The location is ideal to take a walk into town or to the seafront, the rooms are very well-proportioned and the layout not only worked for us but will undoubtedly do so for the new owners, most likely a family. It has been a great home to live in and with all the works we have carried out we believe it will impress the new owners and we shall be sad to leave!
