This was our first house so it was important to find a house that not only suited our needs but offered us the potential to improve it. For us this has delivered on both sides, it has been fun updating it and being able to enjoy the finished result. Every room has been re-decorated, the kitchen and bathroom have been completely replaced and so too has the boiler. The space this house offers was by far better than any other home we look at and although it is close to the harbour it is in fact extremely quiet and better still only a few minute's walk to the vibrant and trendy lifestyle on offer in the harbour. One thing we have noticed over the years is the energy efficiency of our home, our bills have always been very low.
