When we were searching for a home we really liked the fact the village was on the outskirts of Chichester with its semi rural feel, whilst still only being a short distance from the centre.
As soon as we viewed the property 5 years ago we instantly fell in love with the period features the cottage had to offer and were taken a back by the size of the property both inside and out.
Whilst the cottage has many character features, after modernising various things including heating system and bathrooms, we love the additional benefits this brings without comprising the character.
