Property description
This house jumps out from the moment you see it from the way it is beautifully presented, this continues throughout the house. From walking through the stable door this house really has a homely feel about it and it has a good amount of character, you can imagine wanting to get home after a hard day at work and relaxing in the lounge with your feet up watching the T.V.
You will be able to invite guests over for dinner parties as there is a good amount of space to sit them, why not dine out in the conservatory which is at the rear, or in the better weather why not take the party outside? There is a rear access to the parking from the garden, which is handy when you want to get rid of the garden waste or come back from a walk in the countryside and kick off those muddy boots outside. The owner informed us that on the deeds the residents have 2 parking spaces per property, and this in the communal parking area. Eythorne is a quiet village and is in an ideal location giving good access to Dover, Canterbury and Deal. There is an abundance of countryside walks and a respected Gastro pub, only doors away, you can pop in on the way back for a drink or two. The village also has a post office, hairdressers, garage and its own primary school. Anyone moving in would not have to worry about doing any work to the house as it is very well kept and is very light and modern in decor.
What the Owner says:
I brought this house 18 years ago and I choose the property based on its area. It is such a lovely village to live in and retains the community village which is so difficult to find nowadays. Eythorne is great for transport links so if you need to go out of the village then Dover and Canterbury are easily accessible, and if you need something that isn't at the local shop then Tesco at Whitfield is only a short drive away.
The porch is a great space for hanging your coats and keeping all your shoes tidy and the place to put those muddy Wellingtons after a long country walk obviously with the obligatory stop at the pub for a quick refreshment before getting home.
