We brought this home from the council as it is in great spot, really quiet and the neighbours are lovely!

It is convenient to Emsworth and on a nice day, you can walk there, as well Stanton Park and Stansted Woods.

Since buying it we have added the extension to the rear of the home which now makes it a great area for family gatherings and parties.
We have also created off road parking for several cars, replaced the double glazing and made it our own in many ways.
It is a great home to raise a family I will be sad to leave however I hope that the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
