We wanted this house as soon as we saw it even though it needed everything doing to it. Since buying it we have upgraded the electrical supply and wiring, replaced the kitchen, replaced the bathroom, reinstalled the entrance hall making the lounge much cosier, replaced some of the glazing, decorated throughout and added the oak flooring as well.

We believe that it now represents a complete home and we love the social aspect the house provides and yet is warm and cosy when we are on our own. Whilst we are sad to leave we have decided now is the time to make the next move up the property ladder and hope the next owner will love it as much as we now do.
