One of the main attractions for us was the location. There is so much available to the new owners the moment they leave the doorstep, from countryside walks across nearby Deers Leap wood and Weir Wood Reservoir, to the bistro cafes and pubs in the town. The garden will be one of the things we will miss the most as it is such a sun trap - ideal for the summer barbecues. With patio doors at one end and a floor to ceiling window at the other the lounge and dining areas are always so bright no matter what the weather. One of the other biggest selling points for us was the garage en-bloc, something a lot of other houses we looked at didn’t offer at the time.
