When I was looking to buy this house I already knew the area as I grew up in this road. The neighbourhood is lovely and it is such a quiet area. I extensively renovated the house. Most of the walls and ceilings have been re-plastered and I knocked the kitchen through to make more of a social space as I often have friends over. I put in a new kitchen and bathroom and decorated throughout. I have landscaped the garden to make it low maintenance.

Everyone tends to descend on me when the sun is out as the garden is a real sun trap. I have even had family over for a BBQ on Boxing Day so you could say that I use the garden a lot.
