I moved here 14 years ago as I completely fell in love with the location. I loved the idea of being right in the heart of Dorking town centre and the gated development just balanced it out nicely making it feel lovely and quiet at the same time. This was the show home back then so when I walked in, I was blown away by the specification inside as it meant I could literally move in and enjoy immediately. The location is amazing as I can be out for a walk with the dog in no time or browsing the shops or enjoying a nice meal thanks to the array of restaurants Dorking has to offer. The stations are all within walking distance so commuting into London would be easy from here and the kids could even walk to school too. It's time for a down-size now and lifestyle change.
