We bought this house around 9 years ago mainly due to the lovely quiet road it is located in and the fact that it's ideal for St Paul's - an outstanding primary school.
We have done quite a bit of work since being here, improving and updating the house including a new bathroom and combination boiler in 2008, a new kitchen in early 2015 and a gas log burner in the lounge installed in January 2016. We also had a loft conversion carried out around 4 years ago by the reputable local 'Loft Conversion Company'.
Our children are now growing up and we're looking to move up the property ladder. We hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
