We have been very happy living here for the last 16 years but now wish to down size. We viewed quite a few properties when looking for our home but this ticked all of our boxes and we fell in love with it straight away. We love that it is a Victorian property that offers a lot of space in each room and also that some of the original features hadn't been tampered with.
We also love the garden. It is not overlooked but is the perfect place to put on a family gathering providing the weather is nice.
The location also sold it for us, we needed to be near a station but didn't want to be in the middle of Dartford Town Centre.
