When we first walked through the front door this property felt so right for us. The main thing for us was to find a nice house in the West Dartford area.

I had both my son and daughter go to the Dartford Grammar Schools so we needed to be within walking distance. This made life easier for us as we didn't have to worry about driving them back and forth.

We also liked the size of the property. There is a nice big dining area, big enough to fit us all in when having dinner. The space in the loft is a bonus, a lot of people have extended up there, so there is always the opportunity to do so.
