Property description
Here we have a classic 3 bedroom Victorian property. An ideal starter home for any eager first time buyers.
If you make the daily pilgrimage into London you will be thankful that you are moments from home when you pull into the station after a long day in the city.
There are good bus and train links as well as excellent motorway links to the A2/M2 and M25/Dartford Crossing. If you want to venture further out you have lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres not too far away.
If you like entertaining, the dining area is directly connected to the kitchen, this is really helpful if you are trying to interact with your guests while still making sure the veg doesn’t boil over!
The garden is fantastic, it’s a good size which is great for families. There is also a large workshop down the end of the garden, which is not only useful for storage and use a workshop but could also double as a good escape from the wife and family.
Imagine being able to leave the car behind in the mornings and walk round to the local schools, in St Albans or York Road. Just the other side of Dartford is Dartford Grammar, a very reputable secondary school.
What the Owner says:
We bought the house almost 40 years ago and have watched the world grow up around us. We were also very central with good links to the train station but now we have the added advantage of the M25 and the Dartford Crossing. Not to mention Bluewater and Lakeside, which are both very close.
We’ve been very happy here but have now decided to move to a bungalow somewhere a bit more rural. We hope the new owners will be very happy here.
