When I first bought the property, I loved that it was tucked away on a corner plot of a small cul-de-sac. A lot of properties I had viewed before seeing this were on main roads and having a bit of peace was something I didn’t think I would get!
Getting a garage was another thing that no other property was able to boast. I know a lot of people don’t use this for parking these days but having extra storage certainly has been useful!
I have been renting the property out recently and the yield was very good. I believe that this would suit most people whether it be an investor or someone looking to live here themselves.
