We have lived at this house for 19 years and have loved every minute of it and will be sad to leave but it is now time to move on and allow someone else to love this home as much as us. We love the location as its so near to everything we need yet is very quiet. I can get to London within 30 mins of closing my front door. We love having the south facing garden and very unusual for Watford we are not overlooked at all at the back which we will miss. Overall a great house, great location and within the catchment for Watford Boys Grammer School
