Property description
This family home is located in a popular residential location and bursting with character.
The high ceilings really brings out the Victorian era which is almost priceless. It all starts from the curb appeal as you approach it from the front with the bay windows and exposed brick work which is rather inviting. Once you are inside the homely feeling is instant and it gets more and more apparent as you wander around.
All the bedrooms are of good sizes so the children won't have to argue about who is getting the biggest. The decor is neutral which provides a blank canvass for you to add your own personal touch.
On the outside you have a private rear garden which is more than child friendly, there is enough space for the trampoline, swings, slides, you name it! I can only imagine that it comes alive especially in the summer months. The location is also quite central so very easy to get around.
What the Owner says:
We have been here for over 30 years and it has been a very happy home.
What attracted us to this place was the location, layout and it felt homely from the moment you stepped foot into the hall. Having lived here for sometime now we do think that both the kitchen and the garden are our favourites. The kitchen has been updated with all the modern day appliances with quite a few work tops as we do enjoy entertaining.
It is in quite a convenient location, with a shop around the corner, station down the road, the school just a stones throw away. It really is a family home and I do hope the new buyers enjoy it and appreciate it as much as we have.
