We were attracted to this place because of the location and the amount of space it had to offer.
Our budget was pretty limited at the time, so to find a property offering so much for our money made it a very easy decision. This place is different to so many of the other houses we viewed back then, it has character, charm and the bathroom is upstairs which isn't the norm for these types of houses.
The location is also quite convenient for us with all the amenities within good access. It is an excellent first time buy which has served us well and we do hope the new buyers will feel exactly the same.
