What attracted us to this property was the location, size and the potential it had for our budget at the time. Situated just on the outskirts of town so easy to get back and forth. Capstone Park is just up the road which is perfect, especially in the summer time, not too far to travel and pretty easy going.

We have replaced the bathroom, sorted the garden, had new floorings fitted and have redecorated throughout. It was always our intention to convert the cellar, but that is something for the new buyers.

The property has really served us well as a family and we really enjoy living here, but the time has come for us to move on to our next chapter.
