When I bought this property saying it needed some work will be an understatement. I have lived here for nearly 20 years and I am pleased to say that I am only the second owner since it was built in 1934 for higher up members of the Dockyard.

During my time here I have tried to keep the original character and painstakingly renovated the property throughout. I have loved living here as the location has been great for my partner and I to get to work, as being able to jump on the motorway within a few minutes has also been handy.
