We purchased this property just over 3 years ago. Our daughter was studying at the university, so we bought for her to live in and rented the remaining rooms to students. It made a fantastic investment as it was close to the university. This also gave us peace of mind that our daughter also had easy access to the City centre, whilst being in a safe location. Since buying the property we have generally re-decorated and landscaped the garden, meaning this is the perfect place to relax. We fell in love with Canterbury so much that we have now since decided to move to the area and looking for a place for ourselves to live.
