I looked at lots of different houses around the Canterbury area when I brought this. I chose this as soon as I saw the great big lounge. I really wanted a nice sized lounge and this really fitted the bill. I was also won over by the great location. You can walk from here to the Cathedral Gate in around 10 minutes. So it’s very easy to get into the City centre. Canterbury West is a short walk, so it’s great for being able to catch the train into London. The Sainsbury’s at the end of the road is very handy for shopping. I would also highly recommend the Unicorn Inn on the St Dunstan’s end of the High Street, which is also only a few minutes’ walk away. I’m selling this with no onward chain.
