When we first saw the house we were so surprised at the amount of living space it offered compared to all the others we had seen.

The house had everything we needed, lots of space, an up to date kitchen & bathroom, 3 good sized bedrooms, and off road parking and a safe enclosed back garden.

It's also great to be to close to the nearby schools, and we love taking a walk to Joss Bay to spend an afternoon on the beach.

The road is lovely and quiet as there is no passing traffic and we have thoroughly enjoyed out time here and hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have done.
