I can honestly say I have really enjoyed living here as I have everything I want right on my doorstep. I have maintained the property to a good standard and yet there is potential for the new owners to stamp their own mark on it and make it their own.
If you are a commuter then there are bus links into town and Gatwick Airport and the M23 motorway is only a short distance away. There are some excellent schools in this area for children of all ages and great leisure facilities for those you like to work out!
It is time for me to take the next step up the ladder but I am definitely going to take good memories with me and I hope the new owners will create some of their own.
