Property description

If you’re looking for a home with that bit of extra space or you want more room for your family to grow into then your search is probably over.

Nestled discreetly in a row of terraces, you only realise the amount of room on offer when you step inside. With so many scenic places nearby to walk the dog or just breathe in the Brighton air, you’ll be able to make good use of the hallway to store your coats and shoes.

After your invigorating walk, a relaxing meal may be in order and afternoon tea will be a delight with the sun beaming into the dining area later in the day. When the sun has gone down, choose your favourite book or film and relax in the lounge area.

Does your family need a good size garden? Well here there are two patios to choose from where you can top up on vitamin D and if you’re the creative type the small shed and large shed with workbench and storage both come with power and lighting so your DIY tools should never gather dust!

Upstairs, the bathroom comes with a separate shower cubicle so everyone’s indulgence is catered for while two doubles and one single bedroom should see you raise your family here for many years to come.

What the Owner says:

We’ve lived here over twenty years. All our children have grown up here and we have thoroughly enjoyed being part of this community. It’s always been a great young family area and with local shops and a doctors nearby there’s rarely a need to venture into town. We can get to town if we need to but we’re far enough away not to be in the thick of it and Moulsecoomb station is not far either.
We’ve never felt the need to move as it’s such a good size house and we especially love the rear garden. It’s not overlooked which gives us privacy if we want it and we put in both patios so it’s much more usable and easy to take care of now.
We’re not going to be buying a house so we’re offering no onward chain.
