We can’t believe we have been here for over 30 years! We like being close to The Downs and have always found the area to be very quiet with very little passing traffic.

Opening out the lounge and dining areas made such a difference. The lounge is so much brighter than it was as the sun comes through the dining area window in the afternoon and evening and so warms up the whole of the downstairs.
We have two double and one single bedroom so the children (and grandchildren) have always had plenty of space to call their own. We had new windows fitted a few years ago and have had cavity wall insulation so we’ve been able to keep the heating bills down to a minimum.
