I have owned the house since 2006 and it has served perfectly as a home and a buy to let property. We like having the downstairs bathroom in addition to the upstairs shower room as it makes life that much more convenient!
I have always liked the tree lined road (you don’t get many of those in Brighton) and it’s currently unrestricted parking so we don’t have to worry about permits.
There is a selection of local shops around the corner and the Sainsbury supermarket a five minute walk away. Local bus services nearby provide regular links into the city and beyond. As I’ve recently got married it’s now time for us to move onto somewhere of our own.
