This property has proved to be a fabulous investment property and has always been occupied and popular with tenants due to great access to the City Centre.
We had initially planned to move into the property, as a family from London the draw to this house and area was the fantastic proximity to outstanding local schools. Balfour is literally over the road and Varndean and Dorothy Stringer are only around the corner which means there are many families with children of all ages on the road.
