Property description
Being in an elevated position you really do have lovely sea views. You can easily walk to Shakespeare beach or Samphire Hoe for a breath of fresh air. At the weekends you can enjoy taking your dogs for a walk along the cliff tops and take in the stunning views of the English Channel across to France. If you are into cycling there is also a good cycle route nearby that takes you to Folkestone.
The great thing about this house is that it has generous room sizes so it will be a great family home, coupled with the fact that you have easy access to major roads nearby, making the daily commute a good prospect.
The kitchen/diner is such a good sociable space that you are bound to feel part of the family whether you are cooking or helping the children out with their homework at the dining table. You will love having dinner parties to capitalise on the room.
With good size bedrooms there should be no arguments over who gets which room and there is also a surprising amount of fitted wardrobes so this will be one less thing to think about buying when you move in.
Aycliffe itself has a local shop and a regular bus service into town and its own primary school.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
When we were looking to buy we wanted somewhere quiet but easily accessible to town. In comparison to others we saw this house also had far more space, we even had a double bed in the smallest room.
We have enjoyed sitting out in the garden having BBQ's in the summer months and love the fact that the countryside is so close by.
We love the views and on a clear day you can even see France.
