The bathroom has to be one of the best features of the whole house. Unlike so many other homes, the size is quite surprising. There's enough room for both the bath and a separate shower cubicle.

It's hard to believe that I've lived here for 23 years but I guess that must say a lot about the house and the area.
When we first saw this is was a bit messy, there wasn't even a sink in the kitchen. We did a lot of the work ourselves so we know that it's been done properly.
There's lots I love about this house but my favourite room has to be the bathroom, it was really handy when it came to bath time with my two boys. The whole house is bright, airy and open and all the rooms are a good size.
