When I originally viewed this property, I was really impressed with the layout and it felt so light and airy. I also liked the area as I had heard good things about it. I have had the property completely redecorated and have had new carpets put in most rooms. In the summer months, I will often sit out in the conservatory with a book. I particularly enjoy sitting out here as it is such an inviting space and I can look on out to the garden. I had a new boiler installed in 2013 and this has been annually serviced since. We have trees to the back and it is very open to the front, so it really doesn’t have that feel of living on an estate. Having the off road parking and plenty of road side parking is certainly a good thing as when I have guests, they can always park near to the house.
