DIRECTIONS FROM CREDITON
Take the A377 main road to Newton St Cyres. Turn left as you go down the hill as signed ‘Beer Engine, follow the road over the bridge.  Turn right opposite the Beer Engine and follow this road until you come to a fork in the road and signed right to Winscott.  Follow this road going past

Winscott Barton Farm on the left and you will find 3 Winscott on the left a little further along. There is a layby for parking although there is allocated parking/car port with the cottage.

DIRECTIONS FROM EXETER
From Cowley Bridge Roundabout turn left on the A377 towards Crediton for about 1.5 miles passing Bernaville nurseries on your left.   After going up the hill after Bernaville and around the bends move into the middle lane and turn right as signed ‘Shute’.   Stay on this road for just over a mile and you will reach 3 Winscott Cottage on your right hand side.  Park in the layby on the left opposite.

NEWTON ST CYRES is recognised as being one of the area's most picturesque villages with its ancient stone bridge and stream winding its way through the centre of the village.  It has an historic parish church, primary school, post office / stores, pub and regular bus and trains every hour to Exeter (3 miles) and Crediton (4 miles).
