When we purchased Lambs Meadow we were attracted to the convenience of the location. One of the benfits for us was that the garage had been converted creating an extra living room for the children, study or an extra bedroom as we use it. In the summer the conservatory is great to sit and relax in and with the air conditioning, it keeps us fresh and cool. It was important for my job that I was close to good transport links. Having the Tesco store round the corner has been perfect as when we need anything from a pint of milk to a weekly shop, then it's on our doorstep.
