We moved to this area over twelve years ago now, and we chose Woodford Green because it has a great balance of modern amenities and open spaces. My children walk to the local school and this is certainly a family friendly neighbourhood. Over the years we have changed most of the house but more recently we put in a new kitchen and bathroom last year and we are really pleased with the finish. I love the fact that I can walk to the station whether it's for commuting or a trip into the City, you can be there easily within the hour. There are some fantastic restaurants in Woodford and South Woodford and we enjoy eating out at the weekends. It's great to take the kids out for walks in the forest and to many of the local parks.
