We were first attracted to this location because of the outlook. We spend a lot of time in the garden as I find it very peaceful. It really is hard to beat this location as with all the amenities including fantastic schools, everything is on your doorstep.
We have got to know our neighbours over the years and everyone is very friendly.
It's time for us to buy a smaller property now, but we are staying local which I think is indicative how good Woodford Green as an area is.
