This was actually the first and only house that we saw. We knew the estate very well and thought it was a lovely area and our opinion hasn't changed.
What has changed is the house. Over the years we've decorated the whole house, updated the kitchen and bathroom, fitted new double glazing and installed a new boiler and radiators. We'd like to think that whoever buys our house can just move in and enjoy as much as we have.
