Before moving here we rented a house around the corner and were quite keen to stay in the area, firstly because it's quiet and feels safe, there's never any problems, but also because I work in Canterbury and it's the right side of town for the commute.
The house had already been extended and felt spacious and open as soon as we walked in but it needed a bit of updating as the previous owners had been in it since new.
The front garden has been block paved. The boiler has been replaced, most of the ceilings have been re-plastered and the walls decorated. The bathroom is what I am most pleased with and is probably my favourite room.
