Property description
This cottage style property has the most amazing rear garden with plenty of lawn to let the children run around in and enjoy, yet there is still lots of space for a veggie patch, with even a man cave should you so wish.
Located in a cul-de-sac with easy access to the A24 and countryside, you will have the best of both worlds here.
Nearby villages of Ashington and Storrington provide all of your day to day requirements, with the larger towns of Worthing and Horsham approximately twenty minutes away, you really will find this location convenient for both work and recreation.
The property itself is very charming with a cosy lounge with fireplace at the front and a nice refitted kitchen area to the rear, which looks out onto the rear garden, so you will get a beautiful view.
There is gas central heating, double glazing and new carpets. The large plot does offer scope for the property to be extended subject to the necessary planning permission.
There is a real sense of community in this road, where the neighbours are friendly which is so lovely.
With a driveway and no onward chain, this is a fantastic house which once again will become a home.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
This house has been in our family since 1940 when our father moved here when he was five and we have so many wonderful memories growing up here ourselves.
The rear garden was my parents pride and joy and as young children we always seemed to be outside playing.
It is with a heavy heart that the time has now come to sell this house, but is made so much easier by the idea that another family will live here.
