My mum had lived in this house for many years. She loved it as it is tucked out of the way and only if you lived in the road would you drive down it. She also loved walking down to the beach and on the way back stopping off at the local shop for a newspaper. I have recently replaced the kitchen as well as redecorate and had new carpets and tiling fitted.
