I loved the fact the house was in a cul-de-sac with a large field at the end with no through traffic. The first thing that struck me was the space on offer here with a cosy lounge and airy, sunny kitchen.
From the main bedroom window there is a sweeping view down the hillside over Warden out to the school and the River Swale beyond that, great to watch the firework displays on Guy Fawkes night. Because of the positioning on the hill, it means I am not overlooked to the rear, keeping the garden nice and private.
