This house has been lived in by our family for over 30 years, at the time of buying it we were a young family moving from Carshalton in need of some more space. Both my girls grew up here in their teenage years before fleeing the nest.
I think the reason we stayed here for so long was due to the size and convenient location. My daughters were able to get to school and eventually work easily. We have been incredibly lucky with the neighbours, they are all just so friendly and helpful.
Hackbridge train station is great to get you in and out of London. There are regular buses taking you to Mitcham, Wallington and beyond.
