This house has been in my family for over 60 years and in that time has provided a warm and loving environment to bring up generations of our family. Whilst the house now requires modernisation the property could be transformed into a wonderful home once more. We recently carried out work on the retaining wall to the back which had to be rebuilt after the storms of 2012. Now the work is completed the wall is as good as new and you can admire the views from the top of the garden over Ventnor and towards the sea.
