We moved here 25 years ago as we fell in love with the space this house had to offer. As a growing family, being over three floors gave us much more room so we never felt like we were under each others feet. As you can imagine over the years we have done a great deal of work, including the double glazing, new bathroom, and probably one of the best things we had done was having the off road parking put in. Being so close to the town and beach - the fact that we have our own driveway means we never struggle for anywhere to park. The family have all grown up now and it is time for us to downsize slightly but we have already found somewhere and can offer no chain with this house for anyone looking to move quickly.
