When we saw the house nearly 30 years ago we knew we had to have it - it offered such massive potential. We have lived here ever since and the whole family has been so happy. The location has been ideal especially with High Brooms train station only being a five minute walk away. Wonderful neighbours all around and local shops within easy walking distance have also made living here a joy. We replaced the boiler last year and all the double glazed windows are in excellent condition. I am still very found of my pantry in the kitchen as it's the perfect storage area for my jams and provisions. Circumstances have changed it is now time for us to move on. We hope that the next crowd enjoy the good times, and create many happy memories, just like we have!
