When we were looking for a property our main concern was being near a good primary school. Thankfully this property is just a short walk from St. James primary school, which has a spectacular reputation. What we didn’t know was that being in a great school catchment area gives all the roads a great community spirit, which has made living here an absolute joy.
The location is also great for the train station. Just a short walk and you can be whizzing up to London. We have really loved living here and we hope that whoever moves in next will love the house, and the area, as much as we have.
